Welcome to Year 1, Class 2.
Our Class Teacher is Miss Ahmad.
Our Teaching Assistant is Ms Garrity.
We have P.E on Mondays and Tuesdays. P.E kits should be left in school and we will send them home at the end of each half term to be washed.
Homework is set on a Monday and is due on a Friday. Children will be given their homework sheet every Monday.
We have a spelling test every Friday. Please make sure your child practises their spellings every day.
Children should bring a full (name labelled) water bottle to school each day (only water is allowed – not juice)
Your child will have two books: a decodable phonics book, which will be their reading book, and book to share. Please read with your child every night.
