Our Class Teacher is Mrs Ormshaw.
Our Teaching Assistants are Miss Cartney and Ms Kaur.
We have P.E. on a Wednesday.
Homework is set on a Monday and must be returned by Friday (on Google Classroom).
Spellings are tested every Friday – please make sure that your child learns their spellings at home.
Maths homework is set via Mathletics. When your child logs on it will show them a list of tasks that have been set for them to complete that week.
Our class takes part in a weekly Times Table Rockstars Tournament against Class 3. Please encourage your child to take part by logging into TTRS and earning points by completing the activities. This will enable your child to build on their knowledge of multiplication facts and fluency.
Please use the knowledge organisers to help your child with their Topic and Science homework. A ‘sticky knowledge’ quiz will take place on Friday mornings.
Children should bring a full (name labelled) water bottle to school each day (only water is allowed – not juice or pop)
The children will take reading books home each night and book bags should be returned to school every day. Please ensure that your child reads each night and their reading record is signed.
