Welcome to Year 3, Class 6.
Our Class Teacher is Miss Miguel.
Our Teaching Assistant is Mrs May.
We have P.E. on a Tuesday. Spellings will be tested on Fridays, as will learning from our weekly homework – please make sure your child practises their spellings each day, and uses the knowledge organisers they are given to learn target facts. They can be found on our Google Classroom page.
We also take part in a weekly Times Tables Rockstars competition. Please encourage your child to do at least ten minutes of work on the site per weeknight.
Children should bring a full (name labelled) water bottle to school each day (only water is allowed – not juice or fizzy drinks).
Your child will bring home their AR book every day, along with their reading record. Please read with them daily and sign their reading record. All pupils are expected to complete at least one reading quiz in school per week, with a score of 100%; these quiz scores will contribute to a class total for a weekly school competition.
