Homework is set on a Monday and must be returned by Friday (on Google Classroom)
An AR book is brought home each day in your child’s book bag with their reading record. Please ensure that they read every day and sign their reading record. All the class are expected to complete at least one reading quiz in school every week, aiming to achieve 100% by Thursday lunchtime.
Spellings are tested every day from Tuesday to Friday (5 words per day) – please make sure your child practises 5 each day. A sticky knowledge quiz will also be completed on a Friday. Please make sure your child is prepared for this.
Children should bring a full (name labelled) water bottle to school each day (only water is allowed – not juice or pop)
