We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reception Lead Teacher to join the team at our successful 2 form entry primary school. Our EYFS unit consists of a 52 place Nursery and 2 Reception classes of 30 pupils each. There are currently 10 staff members in our EYFS Unit.

You will be committed to maintaining and promoting the high standards and expectations we have at St Richard’s. It will be essential that you are able to articulate and positively support the strong Catholic ethos of the school.

  • have excellent interpersonal skills
  • possess excellent organisational, IT and communication skills, including a sound knowledge of Word & Excel
  • ideally have some knowledge and experience of Schools Information Management systems and attendance management
  • be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • have a flexible approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • be willing to undertake first aid duties
